Cozy Up for Fall || Home Decor Edition

October 22, 2015

There's nothing I love more than cozying up on my couch with my pup on a fall night after work or school. My apartment is really special to me, as it was the first place I ever lived aside from my childhood home. I went to college only about 15-20 minutes away from my house, so I had no reason to dorm. In all honestly, dorm life was not going to be for me anyway - too many shoes, not enough space...

When I moved to the Mainline to begin law school in 2013, I found myself spending many weekends trying to curate the perfect atmosphere for my new bachelorette pad. Its taken some time, but I finally have my apartment at a place, decor wise, that I can truly call it home. The fall has become my absolute favorite time to add special touches to my apartment.

This year I've taken my candle obsession to new heights with additions from Avon and, of course, the cult-favorites from Bath & Bodyworks. I've also discovered an awesome higher-end line of candles from Parachute that look incredible. For those of you not on a law student budget, I highly recommend you check them out.

Candles are only one part of my fall decor transition. I also updated my bedding with a beautiful comforter set from Macy's. I got this one on sale during Columbus Day weekend. It's a little more on the bluer side than I expected, but I think it really brightens up my bedroom. Sidebar: Parachute is primarily known for their bedding (which is super luxurious), so again, I'd suggest looking into them if you're not working with a student's budget! This would be my pick.

Last, but certianly not least, would be the addition of this adorable pumpkin from Target! Can you stand the cuteness!? I know, I know...the pumpkin craze is obscene, but its caught on for a reason.

Let me know if you've enjoyed Right to Remain Fabulous' first home decor post!

Happy Fall,
