Refresh: evian Facial Spray

January 06, 2015

Brought to you by BrandBacker

I've always heard great things about evian facial spray, but I never personally purchased one. When I had the opportunity to test it out, I jumped at it.

The brand typically offers several sizes, ranging in price from about $7 to $20. I know beauty gurus love this during the summer, so I was curious how it would react with my skin during the winter months. I was so pleasantly surprised as to how much I liked this spray. There is no specific use for the spray, but it has a multitude of purposes!

Why I Love It
Quick drying
Very hydrating
         - It's mineral water from the French Alps {oh so fancy}
Safe for even the most sensitive skin type
         - Men even love it {see story below}
Great price point considering all its uses
My personal uses include:
         - Makeup setting spray
         - Moistening beautyblender and makeup brushes
         - Finisher after night time skin care routine
         - AM refresher after a night on the town

Story time: So it was Will's birthday this week and we decided to plan a night out in NYC. We went to Monarch Lounge and had a blast...especially me. I'm not a drinker but we bought an expensive bottle of some fabulous bubbly and a few of our friends didn't finish their drinks - so I decided to since it was so costly and didn't want to waste a drop. That wasn't my finest financial decision since I didn't exactly keep track of how much my fluted glass contained. I woke up the next morning with a terrible headache and a face full of makeup, which I never leave on! Having no time to wash my face and re-apply before our checkout, I decided this was the perfect time to put evian spray to the test. It passed with flying colors! My face was instantly rehydrated, toned, and refreshed. I asked Will if he wanted to give it a try. Appearing perplexed, I gave him the inside scoop on it and he loved it too! He wasn't on the struggle bus like myself, but found it super hydrating after our night out.

I hope you all had a fabulous New Year and enjoyed this holiday season. I miss it so much and am definitely not ready to head back to school, but I'm trying to look at the glass half full (definitely reminiscent of my night out Saturday) and appreciate that I've reached the halfway point in my law school education. Woo hoo!

Stay fabulous in 2015,
