Lip Scrub // "Kiss Mix" Balm // Lipstick

Happy Monday, Friends! Can I get a woo hoo for a short week?! We've got t-minus 4 days until Turkey Day, and I couldn't be more excited. I'm also thrilled that today marks the first blog post of my new weekly schedule. In case you missed last week's post, I'll be sharing new blog content every Monday morning. Now let's chat about fall/winter lip essentials!

As the weather gets colder, I always default to my most moisturizing lip products. This year is no different, but I've added some holy grail products to my routine. Almost nightly, I try to use a natural scrub to scoff off the texture on my lips. Tarte's is awesome, and it does not dry out your lips afterward or leave them with a tingling sensation. I follow-up with a balm, and I am beyond obsessed with EveLom's Kiss Mix! Thanks to my BFF and MOH, Lauren, over at Love, Lauren Michelle, I discovered this ah-mazing product. Best part is, it comes in both clear and color versions. I use the clear at night an the color ones for work. The color "Lippy" gives me the perfect natural, office-appropriate color and keeps my lips hydrated all day long.

After I use, what I consider to be, "prep products," I usually reach for a moisturizing lipstick. Although I'm a girl who loves a good matte lip, by the time winter hits, I just can't do it. There are lots of options on the market but Lipstick Queen has become another new favorite (also thanks to Lauren). They offer a wide range of colors, and the pigmentation is excellent; however, with a hydrating formula, that can sometimes be an issue. As I write this, I've had "The Truth" on for several hours and I've not experienced an ounce of feathering, and the color is still perfectly intact. Needless to say, it's a winner in my book.

Let me know if you try any of my essentials...Enjoy the festivities this week!
