As the saying goes, summer bodies are made in spring. Law school, however, is in no way conducive to this mantra. It steals your soul and leaves you as a shell of your former self (and no, I am not exaggerating ... not one bit). In an effort dive into a health and fitness routine before we begin the hell that is finals, I'm back on my Your Tea Teatox regime and attempting to go to Barre3 once a week. I'm using the Tiny Tea and Anti-C Tea concurrently and have experienced great results.

Most days, though, I am really craving a latte...mind you, I am not even a coffee drinker. I should also mention that law school will transform you into a caffeine feine, even if you never wanted to be one. In an effort to keep my weight balanced, I've incorporated ZenWise's Green Tea Extract into my vitamin routine. I wholeheartedly trust ZenWise's quality. I've taken many of their vitamins in the past and have never experienced adverse side effects. The addition of Green Tea Extract has helped to maintain the results from my Teatox. I would definitely recommend this to you ladies trying to get your bodies ready for the warmer weather that is hopefully coming soon!
