Leibster Award Winner!

Hello my Fabulous Followers!

I have some exciting news to share. My beautiful, dear friend Kristyn, who is a fellow law student and blogger of  "Tales from 1L Hell"(http://talesfrom1lhell.wordpress.com), nominated Right to Remain Fab for a Leibster Award. It is not a traditional award, but a recognition from fellow bloggers and I am beyond thrilled to accept it.
Here's a little bit more info on Kristyn's blog: "Tales from 1L Hell" gives an honest glimpse into the daily life (hell) of a first year law student. Kristyn is vivacious and sincere. Her take on the struggle we experience as 1L's is authentic and truly an awesome read. I love her and her blog, and appreciate her nomination so much!

So the award acceptance comes with some requirements. Please see below for rules:
1) Thank the person who nominated you, and provide a link to their blog on your blog.
2) Display the award on your blog- by including it in your post and/or displaying it.
3) Answer questions about yourself, which will be provided to you by the person who nominated you.
4) Provide random facts about yourself.
5) Nominate blogs- that you feel deserve the award – who have less than 200 followers.
6) Create a new list of questions for the blogger to answer.
7) List these rules in your post. Once you have written and published it, you then have to inform the people/blogs that you nominated, that they have been nominated for the Liebster award and provide a link for them to your post so that they can learn about it.

My answers to Tales from 1L's  questions:
1) If you could only experience one season for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Definitely summer. I absolutely adore the beach - it's my happy place. The tranquility, sun and fun that summer offers is unparalleled.
2) What is one food that you can eat straight from the jar or can?
Balsamic glaze! It's a thickened version of balsamic. Although I typically put it on pizza and salads, I've eaten it right of the the container. Its soooo delicious.
3) What is one goal that you would like to accomplish by the end of this year?
While there are school/professional goals I should be answering this question with, my honest answer would be to finish my at-home laser hair removal procedures lol (a little TMI - sorry - but I'm Italian...we struggle with body hair maintenance and my new device has been a miracle [review to come])
4) If you were wealthy enough to not have to work for the rest of your life, what would you spend your days doing and why?
I would work with rescue organizations to save dogs, cats, or any other domesticated animals in need. I am an animal lover (my dog Rudy is my fur baby and I love him more than life) and it breaks my heart to know that over 2 million animals per year are euthanized. There are so many irresponsible owners out there that place their pets in shelters for arbitrary reasons. On that note,  I would also work to educate the public on how to be a good pet parent and how having a pet is a lifetime commitment. I would also expand that public education to include how pit bulls are not the "problem" dog they are perceived to be.
5) Which celebrity would you trust the most with a personal secret? Which celebrity would you trust the least?
I would trust Beyonce most with a personal secret. She's one celeb I believe has stuck the perfect balance between celeb life and personal life in the media. I wouldn't trust any of the Real Housewives with a secret - those bitches blab a lot.
6) If you had to star on one reality show, either Keeping up with the Kardashians, The Real World or America’s Next Top Model, which would it be and why?
Keep Up with the Kardashians, by default, although I do appreciate the importance they place on family. The Real Word is too crazy and I'm no Top Model.
7) What is a bad habit that you would like to change about yourself?
If my nail polish chips or lifts, even a little, I pick it all off.
8) If you had to live in another country (one that you’ve never been to before), which would it be?
Itlaly, specifically Milan!
